General Specifications:
- (4) silicon rubber thermostatically heat controlled foiling work-stations
- 2 to 120 FPM feed via endless rubber belts driven by shafts, (infinitely variable)
- Alignment guides & adjustable hold-down units assure tracking
- .25" to 6.25" width x .3" to 4" thickness x 45 min. length stock capacities
- Free-standing control cabinet and panel mounted individual foiling head controls on machine
- 4-axis adjustable jumping foiling units, (110 deg. to 20 deg angle adjustment)
- Precise foiling via digital controlled time delay per head
- Ilder rolls feed new foil into foiling wheels
- .25 HP foil motor and .12 HP motor/clutch take-up reel for mylar backing
- 200 mm diam. x (15 mm min. x 40 mm max.) foiling wheels, (25 mm arbor bore)
- 200 deg. F to 400 degree F thermostatically controlled heating coil
- 150 mm max. diam. x (15 mm min. x 100 mm max. width) foil capacities, (25 mm arbor bore)
